David Culp & Co. LLP is an Indiana based public accounting firm with offices in Huntington, Fort Wayne, and Goshen, Indiana. The firm was established in 1966 and currently consists of five partners and fifteen employees, which includes both professional and administrative support personnel.
The Firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and individuals of the professional staff hold memberships within the Indiana CPA Society. David Culp & Co. LLP has a rich history with the Indiana CPA Society. Our founding partner was a former president of the society, and current partners and professional staff have held committee positions with the society.
The Firm has, and continues to specialize in providing bookkeeping, consulting, attestation, business valuation and tax services to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. The firm’s partners and managers have developed a wealth of knowledge from their experiences over the years through their employment within local, regional, national, and international public accounting firms.
Our managing partner is, and has been, a peer reviewer within the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Peer Review program since 1979. His involvement in this program, and the commitment of the firm to require all members of the professional staff to obtain at least forty hours per year of continuing education, ensures that our work product is prepared based on the up-to-date accounting and disclosure requirements.

Dan Boyle, CPA, CVA – Managing Partner
Dan is a graduate of Ball State University, and has been involved with auditing for over 39 years in various industries. Dan has been with David Culp & Co. since 1971, and is currently the Partner-in-Charge of the firm, a position he has held since 1988. Dan is also involved in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Peer Review program. He has been a peer reviewer since 1979. Dan has also served the Indiana CPA Society through chairing the Audit and Accounting Committee and the Peer Review Committee. Dan also was a member of the Society’s Board of Directors from 1992 to 1995.
Mike Hatton, CPA, PFS – Partner
Mike is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame, and chairs the Firm’s tax practice. Mike has been with David Culp & Co. since 1976. Mike is a member and past president of the Huntington Optimist Club. He is a member of the finance board for Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters. He is a former board member and president of the Parkview Huntington YMCA. Mike is also a former board member and treasurer of the Boys and Girls Club of Huntington County. He was a founding member of the Dan Quayle Commemorative Foundation.
Drew Sell, CPA – Partner
Drew is a graduate of Manchester College and splits his time between taxation and accounting and consulting services. Drew has 18 years of experience and has spent his entire career with David Culp & Co.
Bill Miller, CPA – Partner
Bill is a graduate of Manchester College, and heads up the Firm’s compilation and attestation services. Bill has over 21 years of experience. Bill worked for an international firm as well as for a manufacturing concern prior to rejoining David Culp & Co. LLP.
N. Byron Price, CPA – Partner
Byron is a graduate of both Presbyterian College and the University of South Carolina, and also splits his time between taxation and accounting and consulting services. He has managed his own practice prior to joining David Culp & Co. over three years ago.
Kevin Wenger – Manager
Kevin is a graduate of Indiana Purdue at Fort Wayne, and manages the Fort Wayne office. Kevin spends the majority of his time working in the compilation and tax area. Kevin has 24 years of experience, where he spent 3 years with an international firm and the other 21 yrs with David Culp & Co. Kevin is involved in his community where he has served sixteen years as Monroeville’s Clerk Treasurer and 20 years as a volunteer fireman-EMT with the Monroeville Fire Department.
Jill Jamison, CPA – Manager
Jill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ball State University in 1991 and has been involved with compilation, attestation and taxation services for over 20 years in various industries. Jill has been with David Culp & Co. LLP for over 13 years. Jill prepares business and individual filings, external and internal audits, compilations, reviews and other tax and accounting services. She is a member of the AICPA and ICPAS. She is currently on a finance and budget committee of a local organization and has held many treasurer positions.
Dale Rumple, Enrolled Agent – Professional Staff
Dale is a graduate of Purdue University and splits his time between taxation, accounting and consulting services. Dale has been with David Culp & Co. LLP for over three years. Dale has 33 years of experience in both private and public accounting. As an enrolled agent, Dale can represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Treasury.
Tammy Blomeke – Professional Staff
Tammy is a graduate of Huntington University, and splits her time between taxation and accounting and consulting services. Tammy has been with David Culp & Co. for over three years.
Craig Yahne, CPA – Manager
Craig is a graduate of Manchester College, and concentrates his time in providing the Firm’s compilation and attestation services to our clients. Craig has 23 years of experience, and has recently joined David Culp & Co. LLP. Craig was most recently with a national-sized firm, and has also taught accounting at the collegiate level. Craig is also involved in the City of Goshen’s Beautification and Restoration Public Purpose Trust Fund Committee, which is a group of individuals charged with assisting qualifying homeowners with grants to maintain the exterior conditions of their homes.
Jayne Stove – Professional Staff
Jayne is a graduate of Indiana University at Fort Wayne, and divides her time between individual taxation, payroll, and accounting services. Jayne started with David Culp & Co. LLP in the Fort Wayne office and now in the Huntington office and has been with the firm over 23 years. Jayne has also served as a den leader and assistant cubmaster with the Boy Scouts of America. She is affiliated with the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and ICPAS.
